Hand the busywork to AI.
Out-prepare every room.
Four live sessions, four systems you build on your own accounts — research, prep, conversation and follow-through, all running by the end of week two. You leave operating your book instead of chasing it, with a credential that proves it. Live and bilingual.

+250Where our members build revenue

You’ve opened your laptop to this every morning.
You work hard. That was never the problem. Every line below is busywork — the research, the prep, the follow-through that eat the hours the real conversations deserve. All of it is what you hand to AI in week one.
Different desks, same thief. Hand the busywork to a system, and the hours come back as preparation.
Whatever book you carry, you walk in prepared.
Everything at a glance.
AI GTM Operator hands your busywork to AI — the research, the prep, the follow-through — so your hours go to the conversations that pay. Underneath it is the part of INFINITE GTM OS™ you touch every day: the eight conversion rooms an account moves through (CR1 to CR8) and the AI-SCORE conversation standard. Over two weeks you build four working systems on your own accounts and earn the credential — inside a RIVET Labs room, with the community and updates that stay with you after.
- The whole journey, not half of it — every build ships in two lanes, acquisition and expansion, so all eight rooms are covered.
- Built for MENA, not translated — playbooks, buyer context and language are native, Arabic + English.
- Live and applied — each session ships a build, and you run it on real accounts before the next one.
- Ends in a credential — present your four builds, pass the assessment, and carry the verifiable Certified AI GTM Operator.
Come as you are — a book of accounts, and the tools to work it.
- ✓A book, not a title. SDR, AE, CSM, AM, or founder doing all four. If accounts have your name on them, you're ready — no prerequisite course.
- ✓A paid AI assistant. Claude (preferred), ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot — on a paid plan. The overnight research and the Skills builds need the paid limits; free tiers cap out mid-build.
- ✓Ten real accounts. Live ones, not a demo set. In Customer Success or Account Management, bring existing customers — including one you're worried about.
- ✓One recent call recording or transcript you have permission to use — a discovery call, a value review or a renewal all work. We provide a clean sample if your company restricts sharing.
- ✓About six hours a week, for two weeks. Two live sessions plus short apply days between. Recordings cover anything you miss.
You don’t work a pipeline. You work the room you’re in.
The INFINITE Pipeline draws the customer journey as eight rooms on two intertwined rings, CR1 to CR8. Follow the line and it proves itself: CR8 (Expand) curves back into CR1, because every expansion earns a referral that re-enters at the top.
That’s the shift this course installs. One account, one research pass, one AI-SCORE record — and a different next move depending on the room it’s standing in. The question changes from “what do I send this account?” to “which room is it in, and what does that room need?”
Count them: eight rooms, eight different next moves — for the same account. That’s the part you stop improvising.
Upcoming cohorts.
Pick the cohort that fits your calendar. Every one runs Monday and Wednesday, 6:00–8:00 pm Cairo. The launch price is the lowest this program will ever be — it locks the day you pay, and only moves up.

Book 20 minutes — we'll help you pick the cohort and confirm fit.
Two weeks, and you operate differently.
Each session hands one piece of busywork to AI — and you run it on a real account before the next lands. Every build ships in two lanes — acquisition and expansion — because the account you close this quarter is the account you expand next year. You configure the lane you're in and leave holding both.
Stop starting your day from zero.
Set the workspace up properly first: standing instructions, connected sources, and the guardrails that keep AI from inventing things. Then build the brief — what changed overnight, which accounts slipped backwards, and the three actions that matter today, each tied to a room and an AI-SCORE element. Tune it to how you sell: product-led, AI-led, inside sales, human-led or strategic accounts.
Which accounts to work today, which went cold, which just showed a trigger.
Which customers slipped backwards, whose usage is falling, whose First Value is overdue, whose champion just changed roles.
Arrive knowing more than the room.
Run an overnight research pass across your connected and public sources. Every claim comes back cited, or flagged as a guess — and shaped into AI-SCORE fields, not prose. Read the account by its room, so the same research points somewhere different at CR2 than at CR7. Then turn it into a five-minute pre-meeting brief and an opening message built on Relevance, Reward and what you're Looking for.
The buying group, the trigger event, and a first touch an executive will answer.
Org changes and new use cases, the second problem the first purchase left behind, and the evidence a renewal needs before it starts.
Score the conversation, then close the gap.
Build an AI-SCORE plan for one real conversation: a sharp opening question for each element, and the evidence that marks it qualified. Three combinations do the work — Status plus Complication earns relevance, Complication plus Outcome builds the value case, Outcome plus Risk Event creates urgency. Then score a real transcript. Every element lands as Qualified, Partial or Gap, with evidence — and you leave knowing the one question that closes each gap.
AI-SCORE keeps working after the close. Status changes once you implement. The problem that justified the purchase gets solved, and a new one takes its place. The Outcome needs proving again, not repeating.
The discovery call.
The value review, the quarterly review and the renewal — scored on the same five elements, to the same evidence bar.
Follow-through that survives your calendar.
Turn a scored conversation into follow-through the customer opens: the number and the deadline first, then your recommendation, the plan and the ask — and a shared plan you both agree to. Next comes the health layer: a falling-usage signal for consumption accounts, First Value tracking for recurring ones, and why you read the two differently. Finally, save two workflows as reusable Skills — trigger, inputs, steps, sources, output, guardrails — run them live, and fix what breaks.
The proposal and the shared plan that carry you into CR4.
The expansion case, a health signal that fires before the invoice does, and the CR8 referral ask that re-enters as a new CR1.
Submit your builds. Sit the assessment.
Submit your four builds as your capstone, then sit a 45-minute proctored assessment. Score 78% or above and you earn the verifiable Certified AI GTM Operator credential. Take it any day in the week after session 4.
You leave with — the credential, and four systems still running in month six.Nothing is tested that wasn't taught. Nothing is taught that isn't tested.
Eight live hours, two at a time.
Two hours is the sweet spot: long enough to ship a build in both lanes, short enough to stay sharp. Then you close the laptop and run it on a live account before the next session, so nothing stays theoretical. By the second Monday, the busywork is already running without you.
Every live session is followed by an apply day — you run the build on a real account before the next one.

"Built for our market — not a translated playbook."
That last row is the same on purpose. Good AI training leaves you with working systems — that part is settled. Everything above it is where the choice actually gets made.
Reserve. Build. Certify — a credential worth hanging.
Take a seat, build your four systems live, then present them — and put the Certified AI GTM Operator credential to work for your career.

Where this credential leads.
Start as an Operator. Where you go next comes down to which part of the system you want to own.
The ladder forks because leading people and building systems are different skills — not different ranks.

Questions, answered.
How do I join a cohort?
By application. Every cohort is reviewed personally by our founder and lead trainer, so you start with a short application. Once you’re accepted, we send your payment link and your seat is confirmed.
Is this self-paced or live?
Live. Two sessions a week, with apply days between — you learn alongside peers, with real feedback. Every session is recorded and yours to keep.
When does it start and how often?
A new cohort opens roughly every six weeks — exact dates are on the cohort cards above. Each one runs two live sessions a week for two weeks, with the assessment the week after.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Attend live for the discussion and peer review; every session is recorded and yours to keep, along with all frameworks and Skills.
What language is it in?
Delivered bilingually, in Arabic and English, and every framework and Skill ships in both.
What do I walk out with?
Four AI systems running on your own accounts: a morning brief, an overnight research workflow, a conversation planner and transcript scorer, and two reusable Skills. Plus the verifiable Certified AI GTM Operator credential.
Is this a sales course or a customer success course?
Both, by design. Four of the eight rooms in the journey come after the commitment, so every build ships in two lanes: Acquisition for CR1–CR4, Retention & Expansion for CR5–CR8. Sales and Customer Success learn the same four systems, each configured for their own accounts — and both sides end up speaking one language.
I’m in Customer Success, not sales. Will half of this be irrelevant?
All of it applies. The expansion lane is a full parallel track, not an appendix. Your morning brief watches falling usage and overdue First Value instead of cold accounts. Your research pass hunts the second problem the first purchase left behind. Your conversation build scores value reviews and renewals to the same evidence bar as discovery. Your Skills write expansion cases and referral asks.
Are Customer Success and Account Management different tracks?
We treat them as one role. Companies split the title differently, but the work is identical: you own named accounts after the commitment, and you’re measured on whether they grow. One lane covers both.
My product isn’t a subscription. Does this still apply?
Yes — and this is where most AI training falls down. Consumption and hybrid models have no renewal date to alarm on, so you build a falling-usage signal instead. You see revenue leaving before the invoice tells you.
Is my customer data safe?
You control what you connect. Session 1 sets the rules before any account data goes near a model: what to connect, what to redact, what to keep out. If your company restricts which tools you may connect, bring a clean export — every build still works.
Do I need to be a member first?
Membership is free and open to everyone — join anytime, before or after. This course adds the live cohort and the verifiable credential.
Can I train my team?
Yes — private cohorts run for teams of 8+, tailored to your accounts and motion. Mixed sales and Customer Success groups work best. Talk to us.
How do I pay?
Every cohort is join-by-application. Apply, and once you’re accepted we send your payment link, billed in your local currency — with a 7-day, no-questions refund.
Are there any prerequisites?
Three things: a book of accounts, a paid AI assistant (Claude preferred, or ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot), and one call transcript you can use. No technical background — if you can write an email, you can do every build.
I’m not in Egypt — can I still join?
Yes. Everything runs live online, timed for the Gulf, the Levant and North Africa — and recordings cover whatever the clock doesn’t.
