Over four weeks you build it on your own pipeline and earn the credential — inside a RIVET Labs room, with the community, updates and support that stay with you after.

What you'll need
Come as you are — a number to own, and the tools to run it.
- ✓A revenue role helps — a title doesn't. A leadership seat (CEO, CRO, CFO, VP Sales, RevOps Director) is welcome, but not required. If you own a number, or soon will, you're ready.
- ✓Access to AI tools. Bring a working LLM — ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini (free tiers are fine). Every model is taught to run with an AI co-pilot, the way the best teams now operate.
- ✓A live deal or account. You apply each model to your own pipeline between sessions — bring a real one, not a hypothetical.
- ✓~7 hours a week, across three weeks. Three 2-hour live sessions plus short apply days between — then the exam in week four. Recordings cover anything you miss.

Eight models. One operating system.
This is the architecture you install across the eight sessions. A kernel of three — Growth, Revenue and Motion — feeds the core. The core then builds Communication, Data, Moat, AI and Configuration in order, and every model returns to the core before the next fires. That return is what makes it one system instead of eight disconnected tactics.
One session per model — installed in this exact order. The payoff: CR8 (Expand) feeds back into CR1 (Acquire), so revenue runs as a loop, not a funnel.

How do I join a cohort?
By application. Every cohort is reviewed personally by our founder and lead trainer, so you start with a short application. Once you’re accepted, we send your payment link and your seat is confirmed.
Is this self-paced or live?
Live. You learn alongside peers with real feedback and short apply work between sessions — not a video library you watch alone. Every session is recorded to keep.
When does it start and how often?
A new cohort opens every six weeks — see the exact start dates and session days on the cohort cards above. Each runs three live sessions a week for three weeks, with the certification exam in week four.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Attend live for the discussion and peer review; every session is recorded and yours to keep, along with all frameworks and kits.
What language is it in?
Delivered bilingually — in Arabic and English — and every blueprint and kit ships in both languages.
What do I walk out with?
A complete GTM architecture for your own company — built across the four weeks, presented in a capstone — plus the verifiable GTM OS Architect credential after the certification exam.
Do I need to be a member first?
