Revenue Growth Architect

Become MENA's next
certified Revenue Growth Architect.

Reveal what any revenue system is really doing, redesign it, and rev up what compounds, with the eight models of RIVET INFINITE OS™. Prove it on your company first, then take it to every company you lead, join or advise.

  • A method you can take anywhere. Eight models, built in MENA, that read any revenue system in any company.
  • A credential the market can verify. Proctored, issued by name, and checkable by any employer or client.
  • Peers who stay. 300+ GTM Pros are already inside RIVET Labs. You learn alongside them, and the room is still yours after you certify.

Is this you?

You’ve lived every one of these.

None of these are talent problems. They are system problems, and the person who can name the system behind them is the one every company wants in the room.

  • Omar forecast missed by 30%: nobody saw it coming
  • Nour biggest deal stalled 60 days at procurement
  • Khaled pipeline looks full: coverage is only 1.2×
  • Layla can't explain why win-rate dropped this quarter
  • Faisal team still qualifies on gut feel, not a standard
  • Rania inherited a CRM the whole team distrusts
  • Ziad reps each run a different sales process
  • Huda discovery calls never surface the real risk
  • Your top closer just resigned, and took the playbook
  • Salma onboarding takes 6 months to first closed deal
  • Tarek managers coach on opinions, not on data
  • Maryam expansion revenue leaks at every renewal
  • Youssef can't hand his accounts to anyone else
  • Dana board wants a number she cannot back up
  • Bilal GTM motions run disconnected, end to end
  • Aisha CS and Sales blame each other for churn
  • Hassan runs a US playbook that ignores MENA buyers
  • Lama ICP is a guess, never a definition
  • Marwan scaled headcount, not predictability
  • Reem AI pilots never make it to production

Who it is for

Built for the people who own the number.

For the people who own the number today and want to be the one any company calls to design it. Pick the one that sounds like you.

CROs, VPs and heads of Sales, CS, Marketing and RevOps aligning one motion.

You becomethe leader who designs the revenue system, not only the forecast

Where you startStart with the kernel

Revenue, Growth and Motion, read together as one verdict (Parts 01 to 03).

What you buildThe configuration your whole team runs: one motion across Sales, CS, Marketing and RevOps.

Every role takes all eight parts; this is where yours gets the most from them.

By the end, you can
  • name your kernel verdict: Revenue, Growth and Motion
  • put any revenue system on one page, with the binding constraint named
  • redesign the pipeline from first touch to renewal, so expansion re-enters as acquisition
  • run an AI-SCORE™ diagnostic on a live deal
  • carry the proctored CRGA that names you as the architect

Questions on fit.

Is this course for me?

If you work in revenue (sales, customer success, account management, RevOps, GTM, or a founder who owns the number) and want to run that work with AI, yes. The “Who it’s for” section on this page shows who this course fits best. Not sure? The short form takes about a minute and tells you, as soon as you send it, whether the course fits you now. If it doesn’t, it shows you where to start instead.

Do I need to be technical or know how to code?

No. Every course is taught from zero, with no coding. You learn by doing the work, step by step.

I wanted hands-on experience: something I could build on my own pipeline and prove to the world.

Flow and curriculum

Part by part, model by model.

Eight parts, 18 modules and 60 lessons. Each part gives you one model you can apply to any company, and you prove it on yours before the next. Open a part to see its two modules and what you can do by the end of each.

8 parts18 modules60 lessonsOn-DemandCapstoneProctored examCRGA credential

Every part reads from the kernel built in the first three. Revenue, Growth and Motion feed the core, and the other five are built from it one by one.

  1. Your revenue model decides which side of the loop carries the money. Where revenue weight sits, by model: ownership (paid up front) loads the Acquisition lobe, consumption (paid as used) the Expansion lobe, hybrid runs from Invest on, and subscription carries the whole loop.

    Module 01

    Foundations

By the end you canexplain why systems beat heroics and place any revenue team on the map of the operating system.

    1. 01Why revenue orgs collapse: superstar culture destabilizes with growth
    2. 02The world moved, and the scientific approach: errors are consequences with causes upstream
    3. 03The common way against the architect way: why models beat borrowed playbooks
    4. 04A company is a configuration: the map of eight models, and why Revenue resolves first
    Module 02

    The Revenue Model

By the end you canplace your company on the monetisation continuum, including consumption and hybrid models.

    1. 05The monetisation continuum, with consumption and hybrid at the centre
    2. 06Price is a risk-transfer decision, who carries it, and what that does to the cycle
    3. 07Recurring revenue is the result of recurring outcome
    4. 08NRR tells the headline, GRR tells the truth

You leave withYour company placed on the monetization continuum.

See the Revenue Model in the system
  2. Four stages on one climb: PMF, GTM Fit, Scale-Up, Grown-Up. Name your stage before you spend: every new motion climbs from PMF again.

    Module 03

    Growth Model

By the end you canname your stage and state with evidence, not ambition.

    1. 09The Growth Model, explained
    2. 10What we are actually scaling
    3. 11Do you know where you are?
    4. 12The three closes: PMF · GTMF · EGF
    Module 04

    Growth: the evidence

By the end you canread your growth loops and forecast against capacity and the three gates.

    1. 13Growth eras: channel to AI
    2. 14Growth loops: GL1 · GL2 · GL3
    3. 15Forecasting: capacity against guidance
    4. 16Stage gates, and the 10:1 mistake

You leave withYour stage named with evidence, and the second kernel edge: your stage decides which motions are available.

See the Growth Model in the system
  3. Revenue, Growth and Motion feed the core. Read together they give one verdict, and the other five are built from it.

    Module 05

    Motion Model

By the end you canplace your motion on the five-motion matrix by deal maths, and run the coherence test on your own numbers.

    1. 17What a motion is, not a tool, not a channel
    2. 18The matrix: five motions
    3. 19Marketing & CS overlays
    4. 20Growth loops & motion economics
    Module 06

    Reveal and redesign the kernel

By the end you cancompute your kernel’s verdict, name its state, and rank the configuration to treat first.

    1. 21The three kernel edges, named
    2. 22From edges to a computed verdict, and its four states
    3. 23Ranking the validated configurations
    4. 24Running your own card, on your own company

You leave withYour motion placed on the matrix, and your kernel’s verdict computed with a redesign ranked against the validated set.

See the kernel in the system
  4. Every room carries the same three numbers: Q for quantity, CR for conversion, D for duration. That is how feelings become numbers.

    Module 07

    Expansion loops back to acquisition

By the end you canshow where expansion re-enters as acquisition in your own pipeline.

    1. 25Expand loops back to Identify: expansion re-enters as acquisition
    2. 26Value against Outcome, and where your model puts attention
    3. 27Volume and time: how many enter each stage, and how long they wait
    4. 28Conversion from Identify to Expand, and reading the benchmarks
    Module 08

    The pipeline by the numbers

By the end you caninstrument every stage with volume, time and conversion.

    1. 29The four curves, and seeing it first
    2. 30Disproportionate outcome: Customer Success decomposed
    3. 31A product, not a sum: the governing laws, and the sales equation
    4. 32Marginal gains and the commitment curve, configured on your kernel

You leave withYour own pipeline instrumented end to end, from first touch to renewal.

See the pipeline in the system
  5. Five checks, in order, spell SCORE. AI isn’t a sixth letter: it reads all five checks at once. AI-SCORE™ is the Communication model.

    Module 09

    Communication Model

By the end you canrun an AI-SCORE™ diagnostic on one of your live deals.

    1. 33The arc: discover the outcome, capture it, codify it
    2. 34Build up to the floor they live on: by name and by number
    3. 35Why value alone doesn’t close
    4. 36RIVET IP · the diagnostic standard, and decoding an objection as a gap
    Module 10

    Configuring Communication

By the end you canconfigure the conversation by your what, where and how.

    1. 37One model, three dials: WHAT, WHERE and HOW
    2. 38Make it repeatable: pre-map the outcome per persona
    3. 39What must come first: the dependency rules
    4. 40Situation in → configuration out, and the misconfiguration gallery

You leave withAn AI-SCORE™ diagnostic run on one of your live deals.

    See AI-SCORE™ in the system
  6. What survives copying is the loop. Expansion re-enters as acquisition, so each cycle compounds on the last. Six walls against the water. Score each one out of ten.

    Module 11

    Moat Model

By the end you canscore your moat out of 60 across the six dimensions.

    1. 41The governing metaphor: walls against water
    2. 42The water, itemized: six dimensions of defensibility
    3. 43Which moat first, by configuration
    4. 44Reject these first: six things that feel like a moat and aren’t
    Module 12

    Deepen the moat

By the end you canchoose the one dimension to deepen and write the behaviour that deepens it over time.

You leave withYour moat scored out of 60, and the one dimension to deepen named.

See the Moat Model in the system
  7. Five levels of autonomy. Every agent carries its level. Raise one agent one level at a time.

    Module 13

    AI Model

By the end you canname your autonomy level and the family each agent belongs to.

    1. 45The five levels of autonomy
    2. 46Four families of agents, and where each lives on the INFINITE
    3. 47Sprint one agent, then raise its autonomy one level
    4. 48Situation in → configuration out
    Module 14

    Scope one agent

By the end you canscope one agent to ninety days, aimed at the moat you scored.

You leave withYour AI level named, and one agent scoped to ninety days.

See AI maturity in the system
  8. Operation runs all eight as one loop: every room measured, money counted at the hinge, retention and reactivation in place.

    Module 15

    The Operation Model

By the end you canset capacity, conduct and reporting rights for your team.

    1. 49The triangle, the sequence & the workload
    2. 50What the model costs
    3. 51Reading the system
    4. 52Running the system
    Module 16

    The full assembly

By the end you canwrite your company’s full configuration and name the binding constraint.

    1. 53Eight as one: the engine
    2. 54The 4-move diagnostic
    3. 55The worked diagnostic & the maturity ruler
    4. 56Forward-locks & the activation path

You leave withA full written configuration of your own company, and the binding constraint named.

    See it run as one
  9. All eight models, named on your credential. The whole system, presented as yours.

    Module 17

    Capstone

By the end you cansubmit your capstone, reviewed by the trainer, by name.

    1. 57Submit your capstone to the trainer
    2. 58What is assessed, and what is not
    Module 18

    Proctored exam

How it runs

The practical details.

What do I need to bring?

Your own work. Every course runs on your real accounts, your company’s material and your calls, never a generic case. The exact list, and when each item is needed, is under “What you’ll need” on this page.

How long do I have access?

12 months from the day your access opens. Every lesson, the materials and the exam stay in your course space in RIVET Labs for that year.

What language is it in, and can I join from anywhere?

It’s taught in Arabic, with slides and materials in English. It is online and on demand, so you can take it from anywhere.

I thought I understood the revenue system I run. I built it. Then I put it through eight models in a live cohort and defended the result in front of people whose job was to find what’s broken. They did.

What you leave with

Worth the time?

Why pay when there’s so much free AI content?

Free content gives you ideas. The course makes you apply them to your own work, part by part, and it ends in a proctored exam. You leave with something running on your real work, not a folder of saved videos.

How do I get certified, and does the credential count?

Pass the course exam and RIVET Labs issues the credential in your name. Add it to your LinkedIn profile and CV. It’s a professional credential from RIVET Labs, not an academic degree.

What does the fee cover? Are there extra costs?

12 months of access to every lesson, the materials (yours to keep), the proctored exam and the RIVET Labs community. Some courses also need your own paid AI plan, because free plans aren’t enough for agent work. If this course does, it’s listed under “What you’ll need” on this page.

We don’t import a US or European system and translate it. Egypt is different, and the question I kept asking for years finally had a method behind it. Now, as Chapter Head, I hold the same standard for others.

What you'll need

Ready on day one.

Four things make the difference between watching the lessons and leaving with an architecture you can run. If one is missing today, start when it is ready: you have 12 months.

  • ✓
A revenue role helps: a title doesn't. A leadership title (CEO, CRO, CFO, VP Sales, RevOps Director) is welcome, but not required. If you own a number, or soon will, you're ready.
  • ✓
Access to AI tools. Bring a working LLM (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) on a paid plan: free plans cannot run what you build here. Every model is taught to run with an AI co-pilot, the way the best teams now operate.
  • ✓
A live deal or account. You apply each model to your own pipeline after each part: bring a real one, not a hypothetical.
  • ✓
Time, at your own pace. 18 modules and 60 lessons, with 12 months of access, then the 90-minute proctored certification.
