Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern your use of the RIVET Labs website, community and courses.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, or purchasing a course or a membership plan, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership & community
The RIVET community is open to create an account and reviewed against our membership criteria. We may suspend accounts that violate community standards.
3. Courses, memberships & payment
On-demand courses are bought with a short form and a secure payment link. Memberships and team training are applied for: once we accept an application, we confirm the fee and how to pay with you directly. Fees are set in Egyptian pounds (EGP), and the site shows them in your local currency. Each fee is one payment: we do not offer instalments. You can buy a course or apply for a membership as an individual; a company is not required. A paid course includes a 3-day, no-questions refund window from purchase, unless stated otherwise on the course page.
A paid membership (Pro, Max or Infinite, for one person or a team: Pro up to 3 seats, Max up to 10, Infinite any number) is arranged the same way and includes a 7-day, no-questions refund window from activation. Memberships do not renew automatically: you choose whether to renew before your membership year ends.
A course or a paid membership gives you 12 months of access from the day your access opens. You can upgrade to a higher membership (from Pro to Max or Infinite, or from Max to Infinite), or from a course bought on its own to a membership. Upgrades are priced pro rata: we take into account what you have already paid and the access you have used, and arrange the upgrade with you directly. Upgrade prices are not published, because each one is worked out for you.
4. Intellectual property
RIVET INFINITE OS™, AI-SCORE™, and all RIVET frameworks, diagrams and course materials are the property of RIVET Labs and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Limitation of liability
RIVET Labs provides its content and community "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
