Do I need to be technical or know how to code?
No. Every course is taught from zero, with no coding. You learn by doing the work live, step by step.

Flow and curriculum
Session by session, week by week.
Week 1 builds the foundations everyone needs. Week 2 runs the four tracks in the order an account travels, then puts the whole workforce to work. Teaching sessions teach. Workshops run the work live on a real account, then hand you one task on yours.
The schedule
Never more than two hours at once.
Four teaching sessions of 2 hours and four workshops of 1 hour, all live: 12 hours over two weeks, plus about 2 hours a week on your task. Around 8 hours a week in all.

What do I need to bring?
Your own work. Every course runs on your real accounts, your company’s material and your calls, never a generic case. The exact list, and when each item is needed, is under “What you’ll need” on this page.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and in your course space the next day. Watch it, do the task, and bring your questions to the next session. Join live when you can, because that’s where you get feedback on your own work.
What language is it in, and can I join from anywhere?
It’s taught in Arabic, with slides and materials in English. Online cohorts are open from anywhere, at hours that work for the Gulf, the Levant and North Africa. In-person cohorts show their city on the cohort card.

How do I get certified, and does the credential count?
Pass the course exam and RIVET Labs issues the credential in your name. Add it to your LinkedIn profile and CV. It’s a professional credential from RIVET Labs, not an academic degree.
Will the price drop if I wait?
No, it only goes up. The first seats sell at the launch price, the next at the early-bird price, and the last at the regular price. The price rises as seats sell, never on a date, so the earliest seat is always the cheapest.
What does the fee cover? Are there extra costs?
The fee covers the live sessions, the materials (yours to keep), the exam and the RIVET Labs community. Live courses add a 1-year license to review every recording and access future cohorts. Some courses also need your own paid AI plan, because free tiers aren’t enough for agent work. If this course does, it’s listed under “What you’ll need” on this page.

How do I pay? Can I pay in instalments?
Once the application shows you’re a fit, you get a secure payment link. You pay in full by card or Apple Pay through Paymob, and the exact amount you will be charged shows before you pay. Cards and Apple Pay work from any country; your bank converts the amount if needed. We don’t offer instalments. Your company can pay instead (see the next question).
Can my company pay for it?
Yes. We invoice your company directly, addressed to your finance team. This page has a ready-made note you can send your manager as it is.
Can my whole team join?
Yes. Teams of 8 or more get a private cohort, run around your accounts, your calendar and your numbers. Tell us your team size through “Talk to our Team” and we’ll send a proposal.
What if it isn’t right for me after I pay?
Join the first session. If it isn’t for you, ask within 3 days of that session and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
How do I join?
